THE REVIEW PROCESS

You will receive (2) sets of Preliminary Plans to be studied thoroughly, one set for your file and one "Mark-up Set". Keep the plans as long as you want to ensure all the changes you wish to make are indicated. All plan revisions should be clearly noted with red ink, on one of the sets. When you are certain all changes have been reflected on the "Mark-up Set", make a copy for yourself and return the original set to our office for a review conference.
