THE FINAL STAGE

After the changes are explained and the plan review meeting is complete, the final construction plans will be drawn. These plans will include:

  1. Floor Plan(s)
  2. Elevations ( Front, Rear, and Sides)
  3. Foundation Plan (Basement, Crawl, or Slab)
  4. Typical Wall Section
  5. Section Cuts (If Applicable)

The plans will be drawn using AutoCAD software and typically plotted at 3/16" scale. If the home size permits, it will be produced on ledger size media for ease of duplication during the bidding process. The end product can serve as the architectural portion for obtaining building permits.
