fee schedule

All Drafting and Design work will be invoiced at a rate of seventy five (75) dollars per hour or (60) cents per square foot of the living area. The cost of the plans will be payable in (2) installments. The first payment is due at the end of the preliminary Phase and the second at the completion of Finals. Plans will not be released until the payments have been received. In some instances a retainer will be required before drafting can begin.
